1. What topic, and how many sessions? (Friday evening only? Friday and Saturday?)
2. Do we want the Creative Word team to handle worship, or will we?
3. When? And do we want to include all women in the community, a few other churches or just us?

- Flyer and postcard invitation design
- Social Media Promotion set up
- An event plan that makes it simple
